We'll promptly dispatch a replacement jar to ensure you can enjoy our pickles hassle-free. For your safety, we advise disposing of the damaged jar as broken glass fragments can pose a risk. Your satisfaction and safety are our utmost priorities.
2. If you've received an incorrect item, feel free to keep it! Whether you choose to enjoy it yourself or share it with a friend or family member, it's yours to keep. We'll swiftly send you the correct pickle, on us, ensuring you get the product you intended.
3. If you've encountered a situation where you didn't receive the full order you placed, such as receiving only one jar instead of two, no need to fret. Simply make the full payment to the delivery person at the time of delivery. We'll swiftly send you the missing pickle at no extra cost, ensuring you receive your complete order as intended.
4. In the event of a delay in fulfilling your order, if we're unable to deliver it in the foreseeable future, we're happy to offer you a replacement order at no extra charge. Alternatively, you have the option to cancel the order and receive a full refund for any payment you've already made. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to ensure a seamless experience for you.
5. In the rare event that we're unable to fulfill your order due to challenges such as finding a suitable delivery partner for your address, we'll have to cancel it at that time. Rest assured, you'll receive a prompt refund for any payment made towards the order. We'll keep you updated and reach out in the future once delivery to your area becomes available.
